Rebuild & deploy compiles your latest code and swaps in the new binary (~1–2 min; the server stays up while it compiles, then restarts briefly) — use this to make code changes go live. Restart just reloads the running server with the latest settings (a few seconds) — it does not pick up code changes. Stop is followed by an automatic restart on an always-on service.

Import .cwpjob Backup
Pick a .cwpjob file. The server will inspect it and
list any library rows that conflict with what's already on this
install — nothing gets written until you click Confirm.
Customers
Add Customer
One adjustment per customer: a discount lowers their Door Studio quotes, a premium raises them — applied before tax; rush fees are never adjusted.
New jobs for this customer pre-fill the drawing title block from these.
Moves the duplicate's jobs, door orders, contacts, and QuickBooks link onto this customer, fills any blank fields, then permanently deletes the duplicate. Cannot be undone.
Libraries
Item Type = Door sets the order category; picking a Door Style = Shaker from the Doors library sets the geometry. You set both on a style group.

Setup & defaults
Measurement Units — how dims display + accept input everywhere in the app
Cabinet data is stored in mm internally so math stays exact. This preference flips every dim input + label between millimeters and decimal inches. Every drawer updates instantly. A quick toggle also lives inline at the top of the door library edit drawer.
3D Viewer — preview brightness, render quality + renderer (this device only)
Device-only preview preferences — never saved to a job. Calibrated catalog colors are at Normal brightness; for color-accurate viewing use Chrome/Edge with Windows HDR off and the monitor in sRGB mode.
Shop Logo — appears on the home + shop drawings
PNG, JPG, SVG, or WebP — keep it under ~256 KB (a trimmed PNG or an SVG is ideal). Uploads straight from your computer; nothing to host.
Color Theme — palette only (backgrounds, accents, text)
Password
Change your own password. Forgot it? An admin can reset it for you on the User Management page.
Subscription — Your CabForge plan + seat usage
Your subscription unlocks designer seats, shop-floor tablet seats, and feature modules. Renew before your expiration date to avoid interruption — your projects + library + jobs are preserved regardless.
Software Updates — CabForge version + update channel
Updates ship through Cabinet HQ. Each install is operator-approved; your projects, customers, jobs, and library edits are preserved across every update (a snapshot of your database is saved before any install).
Get the update file from your build machine, a USB stick, or another shop PC, then load it here. Your projects, customers, jobs, and library edits are preserved (a database snapshot is saved before any install).
.cwpupdate bundlelatest.json + the -setup.exeEdit Door
Center Rails
Horizontal rails between top and bottom. 0 = none.
Center Stiles
Vertical stiles between left and right. 0 = none.

Job templates
Re-use a finished job as the starting point for the next one. Saved templates will land here — for now, duplicate any job from its ⋯ row menu on the Active tab.
Shop Standards
Manufacturing defaults every project inherits. Change once; cutlists and previews pick it up on the next render.
Archive
Closed and archived jobs live here. View them by filtering the Active tab to the Archived status.
Job QR Code

Rooms
A room is its own 3D space. Click a room to open it — there you lay out cabinets, draw walls & openings, and tweak any cabinet's spec. Everything for that room lives inside it; this is the only "room editor."
Shop-Floor Reports
Pick a report. It renders below in a tablet-readable format; each one has a Print button for the bandsaw / beam-saw / assembly stations.

New job
Shop standards are pre-applied. Fine-tune doors, hardware, and materials after creation.
New Cabinet Job
Construction Method
Drives box assembly + overlay math. Whole-house jobs typically use the same method everywhere.
Toe Kick + Countertop
Door + Drawer Details
Face Frame + Overlay
Face-frame stile width + door overlay hidden — frameless cabinets don't use face-frame overlay. Switch construction on Step 2 to set these.
Frame Members
Panel Inset
Drawer Box
Cabinet Box + Back
Fillers
1/16" = 0.0625, 1/8" = 0.125, 3/32" = 0.09375, 3/16" = 0.1875, 1/4" = 0.25, 3/8" = 0.375. Premium pair-gap = 1/8".
After "Create Job", every setting becomes the DEFAULT for new rooms. Per-room overrides (butler's pantry face-frame, accessible bath toe-kick / counter height) available later.

What-If Scenarios
—For each station, the chart shows how much aggregate P(on-time) moves if you add or remove one worker. Largest swing = where overtime money buys the most schedule.
Override per-station worker counts; click Simulate to see projected P(on-time) per order under the change.
Greedy hill-climb that minimizes TOTAL tardy days across active orders. Each move = transfer one worker between stations. Bound the search with a budget below.
